See also\n[Creating a user account on the integrated portal](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/portal-interact#register).\n| After a developer creates an app on the integrated portal, as described in [Register apps](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/portal-interact#register-apps), the user account information is synced to and available on Apigee on the [Developers page](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/adding-developers-your-api-product#ui). The app developer record is associated with the user using the developer's email address. For more information about where user account and associated app information is stored, see [Where user account information is stored](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/build-integrated-portal#apidev-info-stored).\n\nExploring the Users page\n\nTo access the Users page:\n\n1. Display the list of portals:\n\n Cloud Console UI\n\n In the Apigee in Cloud console, go to the **Distribution \\\u003e Portals** page.\n\n [Go to Portals](https://console.cloud.google.com/apigee/portals)\n\n Classic UI\n\n Select **Publish \\\u003e Portals** in the side navigation bar to display the list of portals.\n2. Click the row of the portal for which you want to view users.\n\n3. Click **Accounts**.\n\n4. Click the **Users** tab.\n\nA list of users is displayed.\n\nThe Users list lets you:\n\n- View details for all user accounts, including name, email, activation status, and date registered\n- If you have [enrolled in the Preview release of the teams feature](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/developer-teams#enroll), view the teams of which each portal user is a member (see [Sharing responsibility for an app using teams (Preview)](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/portal-interact#teams))\n- [View user account details](#view-user-details)\n- [Activate a user account](#active) that requires manual activation or has been deactivated\n- [Deactivate a user account](#inactive)\n- [Delete a user account](#delete)\n\nViewing user account details\n\nTo view user account details:\n\n1. Click the row of the user for which you want to view account details.\n\nThe **User accounts details** page is displayed.\n\nThe User account details page lets you:\n\n- View user account name, email, and activation status\n- [Activate](#active) or [deactivate](#inactive) a user account\n- View custom registration fields (see [Adding custom registration fields to the account creation page](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/configure-register-sign-in#add_custom_registration_fields_to_the_account_creation_page)\n- View apps created by the portal user (see [Registering developer apps](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/portal-interact#register-developer-apps))\n\nIf you have [enrolled in the Preview release of the teams feature](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/developer-teams#enroll), the Account details\npage lets you perform the following additional tasks:\n\n- View teams that the portal user is a member of and related details (see [Sharing responsibility for an app using developer teams (Preview)](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/portal-interact#teams))\n- Manage audiences associated with the portal user (see [Managing the audience for your portal](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/portal-audience#manage-audience))\n\nActivating or enabling user accounts\n\nYou may need to manually activate or enable a user account in the following scenarios:\n\n- Your portal is configured to require manual activation for each user account, as described in [Configure manual activation of user accounts](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/configure-register-sign-in#manual-approval).\n- A user account has been deactivated and you want to activate it.\n\nIn either scenario, the status for the user account is listed in the\n[user accounts list](#explore-ui).\n| **Note:** You may receive an email notification alerting you to the pending account activation, if configured. See [Configure manual activation of user accounts](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/configure-register-sign-in#manual-approval).\n\nTo activate a user account from the User details page:\n\n1. [Access the Users page](#explore-ui).\n2. Click the row of the user account that you want to activate.\n3. Activate or enable the user account.\n\n Cloud Console UI\n 1. Click edit **Edit**.\n 2. Change the **Status** from do_not_disturb_on **Disabled** to check_circle **Enabled**.\n 3. Click **Save**.\n\n Classic UI\n 1. Click .\n 2. Select **Active** from the drop-down menu.\n 3. Click **Save**.\n\nDeactivating or disabling user accounts\n\nThere may be times when you need to prevent a user account from accessing the\nintegrated portal, either temporarily or permanently. In this case, the status\nfor the user account is listed in the [Users list](#explore-ui) and the portal\nuser cannot sign in.\n\nTo deactivate or disable a user account from the User details page:\n\n1. [Access the Users page](#explore-ui).\n2. Click the row of the user account that you want to deactivate.\n3. Deactivate or disable the user account.\n\n Cloud Console UI\n 1. Click edit **Edit**.\n 2. Change the **Status** from check_circle **Enabled** to do_not_disturb_on **Disabled**.\n 3. Click **Save**.\n\n Classic UI\n 1. Click .\n 2. Select **Inactive** in the drop-down menu.\n 3. Click **Save**.\n\nDeleting user accounts\n\nYou can delete a user account that is no longer needed.\n| When you delete a user account:\n|\n| - All apps and API keys owned by the portal user will be deleted.\n| - If you have [enrolled in the Preview release of the teams feature](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/portal/developer-teams#enroll), then all teams and team apps for which the portal user is the only owner are deleted.\n| - The user account information that is stored on Apigee on the [Developers page](/apigee/docs/api-platform/publish/adding-developers-your-api-product#ui) **will not be deleted** when you delete a user account in the developer program.\n\nTo delete a user account:\n\n1. [Access the Users page](#explore-ui).\n2. Delete the user account.\n\n Cloud Console UI\n\n For the user account that you want to delete, click\n delete **Delete**.\n\n Classic UI\n 1.
