Google Cloud Platform offers different support packages to meet different needs, such as 24/7 coverage, phone support, and access to a technical support manager. For more information, see GCP Support.

File bugs or feature requests

We are continually improving Cloud Security Scanner and value feedback. To contact us about issues, use the Send feedback button in the scan form.

Example feedback topics are:

  • Noise - Finding false positives? Sorry! Please let us know, we aim for zero false positives.
  • Coverage - Is our crawling system having problems navigating your site?
  • Effectiveness - Did we miss a bug you think we should have caught?
  • Authentication - Are you having problems with our custom login support?
  • Usability - We want an easy to use scanner, how can we make it more intuitive?
  • General - Do you love it? Do you hate it? Was it worth your time to setup and use?

To send us feedback about the scanner:

  1. Make sure you are logged into the developer account used to create the scan.

  2. Visit the Security Scan page for your project.

  3. If you have created multiple scans for your app, select the desired scan from the list that is displayed. If you created only one scan for this app, the scan is displayed and is ready for editing or deletion. (You must have a scan to give feedback.)

  4. Click Send feedback and follow the prompts.
