For your SAP workload on Bare Metal Solution, if you experience problems with the Bare Metal Solution server, storage, or network, capture and collect the following information and contact Cloud Customer Care:
- The exact time that the issue occurred.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- All relevant logs, traces, and other diagnostic information that might
be relevant, such as an extract from
/var/log/messages
.
