Koggi is a platform for the real estate market that aims to make the home loan application experience easier and better by connecting construction companies, buyers, and financial institutions to the ecosystem.

To that end, the company began a growth process using collaborative work tools and apps that help scale businesses.

Deployment challenges
To provide a fully digital, secure, and robust solution, the company chose Google Cloud tools including App Engine, Cloud Run, Dataflow and Cloud Schedule, to cover certain functionalities. The solution allows Koggi to scale and have a robust database, among other benefits.
As a result, the company no longer needs to monitor system capability or plan infrastructure rightsizing processes. Architectures are flexible and allow Koggi to automatically increase or decrease computing power.
The company also uses Firebase Authentication to manage the authentication process using Google or other provider accounts. It also deployed Cloud SQL to create distributed system databases.
Moreover, Koggi deployed a data storage system with Cloud Storage and Cloud Run to protect user data through pre-scans that detect potential malware.
Other solutions used by the team are BigQuery, which provides a data warehouse focused on creating analytics dashboards, and Google Kubernetes Engine, which helps create a container cluster for automatic testing.

In less than a year, thanks to Davinci’s expertise as a Google Cloud partner, Koggi became a robust, highly available solution in the real estate market - a simple alternative for thousands of users seeking to buy properties.
For building companies using it, the solution helped cut hefty financial expenses.
As for business benefits, Koggi has managed to mitigate the risk of human error in a system’s deployment phase using distributed databases. Its app links several entities through APIs so each transaction triggers multiple jobs in all entities.
In addition, Google Cloud’s security features speed up regulatory compliance for the financial industry and make it easier to deploy several buyer authentication methods.
Builders now feel better supported by the solution, as it provides support instances during customer linking and digital profiling processes.
