In the course of resolving a support case, only the support agents assigned to your support case will have access to Customer Data in order to provide you with support.
2Services here refer to "Service Development & Maintenance." Service Development Maintenance for Software and systems engineering, includes maintenance and troubleshooting of customer data as needed to provide the Service. In the course of performing this activity the Subprocessor may require limited, authorized access to Customer Data e.g. to remediate technical issues. Services Development could also include writing parsing functionality for ingested Customer Data as part of the Services.

Google has engaged the Google Affiliates in the table below to provide Data Center Operations, which include the operation and maintenance of the Google data center and equipment that stores Customer Data. The Subprocessor does not require access to Customer Data to perform this activity.
The scope of the authorized activities of a particular entity may be further limited and conditioned in each instance as determined by Google and consistent with the Data Processing and Security Terms.
The ultimate parent company for all Google Group Subprocessors listed below is Google LLC, which is itself a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc.
