Looker Standard Platform - Looker Hosted Looker Standard Platform includes one production Instance, 10 Standard (Creator) End Users, 2 Developer (Admin) End Users, Core Support, upgrades, up to 1,000 query-based API calls per month, along with 1,000 administrative API calls per month, and private (internal) embedding.
Looker Standard Platform – Customer Hosted Looker Standard Platform includes one production Instance, 10 Standard (Creator) End Users, 2 Developer (Admin) End Users, Core Support, upgrades, up to 1,000 query-based API calls per month, along with 1,000 administrative API calls per month, and private (internal) embedding.
Looker Advanced Platform - Looker Hosted Looker Advanced Platform includes one production Instance, 10 Standard (Creator) End Users, 2 Developer (Admin) End Users, Core Support, upgrades, up to 100,000 query-based API calls per month, along with 1,000 administrative API calls per month, private (internal) embedding, localization, custom user permissions, and custom license functionality.

Looker Advanced Platform - Customer Hosted

 Looker Advanced Platform includes one production Instance, 10 Standard (Creator) End Users, 2 Developer (Admin) End Users, Core Support, upgrades, up to 100,000 query-based API calls per month, along with 1,000 administrative API calls per month, private (internal) embedding, localization, custom user permissions, and custom license functionality.
Looker Elite Platform - Looker Hosted Looker Elite Platform includes one production Instance, 10 Standard (Creator) End Users, 5 Developer (Admin) End Users, Core Support, upgrades, up to 100,000 query-based API calls per month, along with 100,000 administrative API calls per month, public (internal) embedding, localization, custom user permissions, custom license functionality, up to two non-production Instances, content portability, LookML Data Validator and custom applications.
Looker Elite Platform - Customer Hosted Looker Elite Platform includes one production Instance, 10 Standard (Creator) End Users, 5 Developer (Admin) End Users, Core Support, upgrades, up to 100,000 query-based API calls per month, along with 100,000 administrative API calls per month, public (internal) embedding, localization, custom user permissions, custom license functionality, up to two non-production Instances, content portability, LookML Data Validator and custom applications.

User descriptions

Standard (Creator) End User Standard (Creator) User - An End User provisioned for access to Folders, Boards, Dashboards, Looks (individual reports & charts), Explore, SQL Runner, and Scheduling Looker interfaces. Standard User privileges include data filtering, drill-to-row-level-detail, data downloads, Dashboard or Look creation, and view-only access to LookML. Standard User privileges do not include access to Development Mode, Administration, or the Looker API interfaces.
Developer (Admin) End User Developer (Admin) User - An End User provisioned for access to any combination of Looker interfaces including Administration, LookML Models (including Development Mode), Folders, Boards, Dashboards, Looks (individual reports & charts), Explore, SQL Runner, Scheduling, and the Looker API interfaces.
Viewer End User Viewer User - An End User provisioned for access to Folders, Boards, Dashboards, and Looks (individual reports & charts) Looker interfaces. Viewer User privileges include data filtering, drill-to-row-level-detail, Scheduling, data downloads, and view-only access to LookML. Viewer User privileges do not include Dashboard or Look creation, or access to Development Mode, Administration, SQL Runner, Explore, or the Looker API interfaces.
Company-wide Viewer End User Company-wide Viewer User - An End User provisioned for access to Viewer User privileges (access to the Dashboard and Looks for individual reports & charts, Looker interfaces, data filtering, drill-to-row-level-detail, Scheduling and data downloads) for any Customer employee up to the total number of users as indicated on this Order Form, subject to annual increases related to the total number of Customer employees. Company-wide Viewer User privileges cannot be extended to include employees of Customer’s affiliated companies that are not directly employed by Customer.
Company-wide Standard (Creator) End User Company-wide Standard (Creator) User - An End User provisioned for access to Standard (Creator) User privileges (access to Spaces, Explore, Looks for individual reports & charts, Dashboards and Scheduling, including data-filtering, drill-to-row-level-detail, Scheduling, data downloads, and Dashboard or Look creation) for any Customer employee up to the total number of users as indicated on this Order Form, subject to annual increases related to the total number of Customer employees. Legacy Standard for IBI End User Standard User - An End User provisioned for any level of privileged access to any combination of Software interfaces, including Administration, LookML (Models), Spaces, Explore, Looks (individual reports & charts), Dashboards, Scheduling, and API.
Legacy Standard for PBL (Explore) End User PBL Explore User - An End User associated with External Business Purposes provisioned for access to the Explore, Dashboards, and Looks (individual reports & charts) Software Interfaces. PBL Explore User privileges do not include access to the Administration, LookML (Models), Spaces Administration, or API Software interfaces.
Legacy Standard for PBL (Viewer) End User Viewer User – An End User associated with External Business Purposes provisioned for access to the Dashboards and Looks (individual reports & charts) Software interfaces. Viewer User privileges include data filtering, drill-to-row-level-detail, scheduling, and data download. Viewer User privileges do not include Dashboard or Look creation, or access to the Administration, LookML (Models), Explore, or API Software interfaces.
