Supported Cloud Service Mesh Variants
Only Managed Cloud Service Mesh configured using Istio APIs and
TRAFFIC_DIRECTOR
control plane implementation
is covered under the SLA. Any features configured using other APIs are excluded
from the SLA.
Features voiding the SLA
Projects which use any of the following features are excluded from the SLA:
- Any Managed (TD) features marked as not supported or supported by allowlist on the Supported features using Istio APIs (managed control plane) page.
- Use of a custom certificate or private key with the
