Everyone is welcome to join the Google Cloud Innovators program - developers,
students, cloud practitioners . . . any Google Cloud user. Champion Innovators
are the few who rise above and inspire us all. Champion Innovators are
nominated by Googlers. In the coming months we will be opening additional
paths to membership.
The Innovators program is the program for all developers, technical practitioners,
students, and users across Google Cloud - including Workspace - to support your
personal and professional growth.
How do I join the Innovators program?
You can join the Innovators program by clicking the "Become Member" button above.
You control the e-mails you receive from the Innovators program by visiting the
My Community
section of your Developer Profile and clicking "View Settings" for Google
Cloud Innovators.
What if I opt out of the program emails?
You can opt out of the program emails and will remain a member of the program unless
you explicitly leave the program.
How do I leave the Innovators program?
You can find a "Leave group" button by visiting the
My Community
section of your Developer Profile and clicking "View Settings" for Google Cloud
Innovators.
What if I update or change the information in the fields required to join?
You can choose to update or remove any of those fields from your Developer Profile
after you've joined the program without affecting your membership status.
How do I become a Google Cloud Community member?
Go to the
Google Cloud Community, click the blue button in the top right, "Log in to ask a
question," and then follow the steps to sign up. You can refer to this
help article for additional details.
I'm a Google Cloud Innovator, but I don't see my avatar icon in the Google Cloud Community. What should I do?
Upon joining the Google Cloud Innovators program, please wait up to 24 business hours
to see your verified status appear within the Community. Still not seeing your
verified status after 24 business hours? Reach out to
gc-customer-community@google.com.
Do I need to use the same email address in both communities?
Yes, in order for us to be able to badge you within the Google Cloud community, please
use the same email address used to create your Developer Profile and sign up for
Innovators.
Who is eligible for Google Cloud Skills Boost learning credits?
All Google Cloud Innovators members are eligible and start with 35 no-cost learning credits each month.
These credits are refreshed each month and do not accumulate or carry over.
If you are also a monthly Skills Boost user, Innovators Plus subscriber, a Champion Innovator,
or have access to Google Cloud Skills Boost for Organizations, you will continue to receive your existing premium learning benefits,
including unlimited access to on-demand courses and labs through Google Cloud Skills Boost.
I am already a Google Cloud Skills Boost learner, can I still claim this offer?
Yes, even if you are already using Google Cloud Skills Boost, you can still claim the 35 no-cost learning credits as long as you are an active Innovators member.
These credits are a separate benefit and will be added to your existing Skills Boost account once you redeem your learning credits by linking your Google Developer Profile.
How do I redeem my learning credits?
Step 1: Follow the link to log into Google Cloud Skills Boost with Google SSO
using the same Google Account you used to become an Innovator.
Step 2: When prompted to log into Google Cloud Skills Boost, allow access for
Qwiklabs to read information from your Developer Profile.
