Employee onboarding in under 10 minutes

Stilingue provides an intelligent platform to manage digital conversations in real time. In other words, it organizes social media conversations, site and app reviews, news, CRM, and other channels in a single place.

Brands can use Stilingue’s platform to get reports, compile insights, and provide direct responses to customers, centralizing their social media strategies and customer services in a single solution.

Established in 2014 in the Brazilian city of Ouro Preto (in the state of Minas Gerais), Stilingue has customers from the most diverse market segments, as well as ad and PR agencies. In 2022, Stilingue also joined the Take Blip Group, which develops chatbots for communication purposes.

Due to its market positioning as an integrated, collaborative tool that works as a digital transformation accelerator for organizations, Stilingue has always sought to apply these premises to its own professional context.

The company’s priorities included increasing control and visibility over data, adding collaborative work assets, and centralizing administrative actions essential for incident management.

Therefore, as soon as it began expanding, the platform started using Google Workspace’s tools supported by SantoDigital, focusing on streamlining the team’s onboarding process, increasing the security of the digital work environment, and enabling remote work for its teams.

A secure, fully controlled environment

When the company chose Google Workspace in 2015, it needed just a few weeks to fully adapt to the new structure. First, the environment was configured, and then consistent improvements were deployed supported by SantoDigital. To date, 302 licenses have been deployed.

Regarding the solution’s management, security was crucial for Stilingue. Using Google Workspace’s identity and access management features, the team can control and view every piece of equipment accessing the company’s environment and grant different access levels as needed.

Every activity in the employees’ daily routine is based on Google Workspace. Drive, used to store personal and team files; Calendar, to schedule meetings and events; Google Meet, to host virtual meetings; and Gmail, as a corporate email, are the tools the teams use the most.

"All our work is collaboratively based on the tools. Onboarding is quick, the data is consolidated in Drive, and we have a unique events schedule in Calendar. All this is part of our routine. With Google Classroom, we also work to integrate new accounts asynchronously. Everything is connected."

Technology as an enabler for collaboration

As the team learned about Google Workspace’s various features, it found opportunities to add value to simple tasks. Customers can schedule meetings directly with the sales team using Calendar, employees have increased autonomy at work, and daily activities flow smoothly.

From a cultural standpoint, Stilingue has managed to expand collaboration in its activities, which proved relevant when the company migrated to the fully remote working model. This was enabled by the integration between Google Workspace and Google Cloud’s features, as the company also uses the cloud in its infrastructure.

Results achieved using Google Workspace include improved communication between teams, centralized file management with shared documents, and autonomy for overall device and account management. Unified communications and data security have also helped increase productivity and enhance flexibility in the work environment.

After reaching maturity in the way it uses the tools, Stilingue is seeking scalability. Onboarding an employee in Google Workspace, a task that used to take 30 minutes, can now be completed in under ten. Therefore, the goal is to increasingly automate the environment.

"Thinking about the next projects with Google Workspace, we want to suggest Stilingue management training sessions and a managed services model. That can make daily routines easier and turn work proactive, so the teams can spend their time more strategically, focusing on the business core," adds SantoDigital’s Corporate Account Executive.
