Chronicle SIEM and Chronicle SOAR: Technical Support Services for SIEM and SOAR are provided by Google to Customer under the Google Technical Support Services Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) and as supplemented by the Comprehensive Support Guide for Comprehensive Support. All references in the Guidelines to “Google Cloud Platform Services”, “GCP Services”, or “Services” are each deemed to be references to the SIEM and SOAR. Capitalized terms used but not defined in the Guidelines have the meaning given to them in the Agreement.
Mandiant: Technical Support Services for Mandiant are provided by Google to Customer under then-current Mandiant Support Program located at https://www.mandiant.com/support/programs
