Delete BigQuery ML models from Vertex AI Model Registry

To delete a BigQuery ML model from the Vertex AI Model Registry, all you need is to delete it from BigQuery ML. Once you delete it from BigQuery ML, it is synced and removed from Vertex AI Model Registry.

There are multiple ways you can delete a BigQuery ML model. To learn more, see Delete models.

Note: If you want to delete a BigQuery ML model from BigQuery ML, it can't be deployed to an endpoint in Vertex AI Model Registry. To delete the model from BigQuery ML, you must first undeploy the model from Vertex AI Model Registry, return to BigQuery ML, and then delete it. See Delete an endpoint to undeploy a Vertex AI model.
