Last modified: March 28, 2023
These Supplemental Terms and Conditions for Google Cloud Platform Free Trial (“Free Trial Terms and Conditions”) are an addendum to the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service or, if applicable, the offline agreement between Google and Customer governing Customer’s use of the Google Cloud Platform services (the applicable agreement, the “GCP Agreement”), and apply to Customer‘s participation in the Google Cloud Platform Free Trial (“Free Trial”). Capitalized terms not defined in the Free Trial Terms and Conditions will have the meanings given to them in the GCP Agreement.
1. Conditions.
1.1 The Free Trial applies only to the use of the Services. Use of the Services under the Free Trial is subject to the terms of the GCP Agreement except as otherwise specified in the Free Trial Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Only new Google Cloud Platform customers are eligible to participate in the Free Trial.
1.3 The Free Trial starts when Customer creates a billing account in the Google Cloud console (“Free Trial Start Date”) and ends on the earlier of: (i) the date that Customer’s fees for usage exceeds the $300 credit provided under the Free Trial, or (ii) 3 months from the Free Trial Start Date (on this date any unused credit will expire).

3.4 The SLAs and Google’s indemnity do not apply to use of the Services under the Free Trial. Services provided under the Free Trial are not covered by TSS.

4. Upgrading to Standard Google Cloud Platform Account.
4.1 At any time during the Free Trial, Customer may convert its Free Trial account into a standard Google Cloud Platform account by clicking the “Upgrade” button in the Google Cloud console.
