However, its existing platform had multiple limitations that impacted its maturity as a cybersecurity practice. At the heart of this endeavor was Google Cloud’s Chronicle SOAR.
Evolutio sought out Google Cloud to partner with them in responding to customers’ cybersecurity challenges and building innovative solutions in the ever-growing cybersecurity landscape. Google Cloud and Evolutio already had a strong commercial relationship—at the time, Evolutio was also considering Chronicle SIEM as a relevant solution to its threat monitoring offer.
Introducing Chronicle SOAR has already enabled Evolutio to group and tier different service levels depending on customers’ cyber maturity, allowing the company to provide personalized services that fit customers’ needs using a quicker process with less false alarms in their cybersecurity systems.
Retaining clients and talent
Implanting cutting-edge technology doesn’t just improve user experiences—it helps businesses to retain their talent, too.
One of Evolutio’s biggest challenges is keeping up with analysts’ high demands and desire for new challenges each day. For example, when a business faces a security alert, analysts do certain checks. Some are more or less repetitive, depending on the origin of the alert.
By leveraging Chronicle SOAR to reduce false positives (false alarms in its cybersecurity infrastructure), Evolutio can also reduce alert fatigue, allowing analysts more time to develop and build additional playbooks and use cases, rather than performing menial tasks that could be automated.

Evolutio builds digital platforms that allow clients to get the best out of its cloud ecosystem, take advantage of agile working, and save both money and time. This improved operational efficiency can only be achieved if the right digital environment is designed. As cyberthreats evolve and threats grow, those environments should evolve, too—leveraging cloud technology that makes people the intel, but not the executors, of particular actions.
Cloud-enabled automation can benefit businesses in unexpected ways—for example, if Evolutio needs to carry out a remediation in a customer’s infrastructure on their behalf, the process can be automated to reduce customers’ exposure to certain threats, as well as save time.
