The Incident Manager module enables customizable incident management by all relevant
departments. There are two main areas of the Incident Manager:
Workstation where all active collaborators can add their updates, tasks,
decisions, assessments of situation and more
Dashboard which features all relevant incident information as well as status
update and a visual representation of priority level over time and any
countdowns to next updates.
The Incident Manager allows the following:
End to end management of a critical incident
Collaboration with all organizational departments and relevant external
personnel
Clear timelines of tasks and operations
Organization of important information in chronological order
Clear decisions and action plans for all participants
