Add/delete case stages (Admin)

You can customize the case stages to match your organization's case management stages so as to be in alignment with your company strategy.

To add a new stage:

  1. Navigate to SOAR Settings > Case Data > Case stages.
  2. Click add Add on the top right of the screen.
  3. Add the relevant information.
  4. Click Create.
