View connector logs

Connector logs help you identify and troubleshoot any potential issues with a custom or commercial connector.

View connector logs

  1. Navigate to SOAR Settings > Ingestion > Connectors.
  2. Select the relevant connector and click the Logs tab.
  3. Click the Enable Log Collection toggle and select the required level from the Log level menu.
  4. Click autorenew Refresh to display the newly collected logs on the page.

After three hours, the Enable Log Collection is disabled and the timer is turned off, although you can choose to disable it earlier at any time you choose. The logs remain on the page until the next time you enable log collection. 

Each log entry has an icon identifying the issue and a short description. You can click View More to see the full details for the log.
