Upgrade remote agents

This article shows you how to perform a standard upgrade of remote agents. The standard upgrade procedure may take up to five minutes.

Upgrade remote agent (1.4.2 and above)
- Navigate to Soar Settings > Advanced > Remote Agents.
- Click the Update Available button. This button is disabled if there are no upgrades.
- Click info to confirm the updated version.
Upgrade remote agent (1.4.1 and below)
- Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Remote Agents.
- Double-click the agent.
- Disable the agent and then refresh the page.
- After the status is disabled, double-click the agent again and enable it.
- When the agent is live, click info to confirm the updated version.
