Ce document explique comment collecter les journaux de télémétrie Jamf Protect en configurant un flux Google Security Operations, et comment les champs de journal sont mappés sur les champs du modèle de données unifié (UDM) de Google Security Operations. Un déploiement typique consiste en la télémétrie Jamf Protect et le flux Google Security Operations configurés pour envoyer des journaux à Google Security Operations. Le déploiement peut varier d'un client à l'autre et s'avérer plus complexe.

Le déploiement contient les composants suivants :

  • Télémétrie de Jamf Protect. Plate-forme de télémétrie Jamf Protect à partir de laquelle vous collectez les journaux.

  • Flux Google Security Operations Flux Google Security Operations qui extrait les journaux de la télémétrie Jamf Protect et les écrit dans Google Security Operations.

  • Google Security Operations Google Security Operations conserve et analyse les journaux de la télémétrie Jamf Protect.

Une étiquette d'ingestion identifie l'analyseur qui normalise les données de journaux brutes au format UDM structuré. Les informations de ce document s'appliquent à l'analyseur avec le libellé d'ingestion JAMF_TELEMETRY.

Avant de commencer

  • Assurez-vous d'utiliser la version 4.0.0 ou ultérieure de Jamf Protect.
  • Assurez-vous que tous les systèmes de l'architecture de déploiement sont configurés avec le fuseau horaire UTC.

Configurer un flux dans Google Security Operations pour ingérer les journaux de télémétrie Jamf Protect

Vous pouvez utiliser Amazon S3 ou un webhook pour configurer un flux d'ingestion dans Google Security Operations, mais nous vous recommandons d'utiliser Amazon S3.

Configurer un flux d'ingestion à l'aide d'Amazon S3

  1. Dans le menu Google Security Operations, sélectionnez Paramètres, puis cliquez sur Flux.
  2. Cliquez sur Add New (Ajouter nouveau).
  3. Sélectionnez Amazon S3 comme Type de source.
  4. Pour créer un flux pour la télémétrie Jamf Protect, sélectionnez Télémétrie Jamf Protect dans le champ Type de journal.
  5. Cliquez sur Suivant.
  6. Enregistrez le flux, puis cliquez sur Envoyer.
  7. Copiez l'ID de flux à partir du nom du flux à utiliser dans la télémétrie Jamf Protect.

Configurer un flux d'ingestion à l'aide d'un webhook

  1. Dans le menu Google Security Operations, sélectionnez Paramètres, puis cliquez sur Flux.
  2. Cliquez sur Ajouter.
  3. Dans le champ Nom du flux, saisissez le nom du flux.
  4. Dans la liste Type de source, sélectionnez Webhook.
  5. Pour créer un flux pour la télémétrie Jamf Protect, sélectionnez Jamf Protect Telemetry comme Type de journal.
  6. Cliquez sur Suivant.
  7. Facultatif : spécifiez des valeurs pour les paramètres d'entrée suivants :
    • Délimiteur de fractionnement : délimiteur utilisé pour séparer les lignes de journal, par exemple \n.
    • Espace de noms des éléments : espace de noms des éléments.
    • Libellés d'ingestion: les libellés à appliquer aux événements de ce flux.
  8. Cliquez sur Suivant.
  9. Vérifiez la nouvelle configuration de votre flux sur l'écran Finaliser, puis cliquez sur Envoyer.
  10. Cliquez sur Générer la clé secrète pour générer une clé secrète permettant d'authentifier ce flux.
  11. Copiez et stockez la clé secrète, car vous ne pourrez plus afficher ce secret. Vous pouvez générer à nouveau une clé secrète, mais la régénération de la clé secrète rend l'ancienne clé secrète obsolète.
  12. Dans l'onglet Détails, copiez l'URL du point de terminaison du flux dans le champ Informations sur le point de terminaison. Vous devez spécifier l'URL du point de terminaison dans l'application Jamf Protect Telemetry Alerts.
  13. Cliquez sur OK.
  14. Spécifiez l'URL du point de terminaison dans la télémétrie Jamf Protect.
