找出 config.yaml 檔案。通常位於 Linux 的 /etc/bindplane-agent/ 目錄,或 Windows 的安裝目錄。
使用文字編輯器 (例如 nano、vi 或記事本) 開啟檔案。
按照下列方式編輯 config.yaml 檔案:
receivers:udplog:# Replace the port and IP address as requiredlisten_address:"0.0.0.0:514"exporters:chronicle/chronicle_w_labels:compression:gzip# Adjust the path to the credentials file you downloaded in Step 1creds:'/path/to/ingestion-authentication-file.json'# Replace with your actual customer ID from Step 2customer_id:<customer_id>

Pre-GA features might have limited support, and changes to pre-GA features might not be compatible with other pre-GA versions. For more information, see the [Google SecOps Technical Support Service guidelines](https://chronicle.security/legal/technical-support-services-guidelines/) and the [Google SecOps Service Specific Terms](https://chronicle.security/legal/service-terms/).

This document explains how to ingest Check Point SmartDefense logs to
Google Security Operations using Bindplane. The parser extracts fields from Check
Point SmartDefense logs in SYSLOG format, performs data transformations and
mapping, and structures the output into the Google SecOps
Unified Data Model (UDM) for security analytics.

Before you begin
----------------

Make sure you have the following prerequisites:

- Google SecOps instance
- Windows 2016 or later, or a Linux host with `systemd`
- If running behind a proxy, firewall [ports](/chronicle/docs/ingestion/use-bindplane-agent#verify_the_firewall_configuration) are open
- Privileged access to Check Point SmartConsole and Management Server

Get Google SecOps ingestion authentication file
-----------------------------------------------

1. Sign in to the Google SecOps console.
2. Go to **SIEM Settings > Collection Agents**.
3. Download the **Ingestion Authentication File**. Save the file securely on the system where Bindplane will be installed.

Get Google SecOps customer ID
-----------------------------

1. Sign in to the Google SecOps console.
2. Go to **SIEM Settings > Profile**.
3. Copy and save the **Customer ID** from the **Organization Details** section.

Install the Bindplane agent
---------------------------

### Windows installation

1. Open the **Command Prompt** or **PowerShell** as an administrator.
2. Run the following command:

msiexec /i "https://github.com/observIQ/bindplane-agent/releases/latest/download/observiq-otel-collector.msi" /quiet

### Linux installation

1. Open a terminal with root or sudo privileges.
2. Run the following command:

sudo sh -c "$(curl -fsSlL https://github.com/observiq/bindplane-agent/releases/latest/download/install_unix.sh)" install_unix.sh

### Additional installation resources

For additional installation options, consult the [installation guide](/chronicle/docs/ingestion/use-bindplane-agent#install_the_bindplane_agent).

Configure the Bindplane agent to ingest Syslog and send to Google SecOps
------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Access the configuration file:
- Locate the `config.yaml` file. Typically, it's in the `/etc/bindplane-agent/` directory on Linux or in the installation directory on Windows.
- Open the file using a text editor (for example, `nano`, `vi`, or Notepad).
2. Edit the `config.yaml` file as follows:

receivers:
udplog:
# Replace the port and IP address as required
listen_address: "0.0.0.0:514"

exporters:
chronicle/chronicle_w_labels:
compression: gzip
# Adjust the path to the credentials file you downloaded in Step 1
creds: '/path/to/ingestion-authentication-file.json'
# Replace with your actual customer ID from Step 2
customer_id: <customer_id>
endpoint: malachiteingestion-pa.googleapis.com
# Add optional ingestion labels for better organization
ingestion_labels:
log_type: 'CHECKPOINT_SMARTDEFENSE'
raw_log_field: body

service:
pipelines:
logs/source0__chronicle_w_labels-0:
receivers:
- udplog
exporters:
- chronicle/chronicle_w_labels

3. Replace the port and IP address as required in your infrastructure.

4. Replace `<customer_id>` with the actual customer ID.

5. Update `/path/to/ingestion-authentication-file.json` to the path where the authentication file was saved in the [Get Google SecOps ingestion authentication file](/chronicle/docs/ingestion/default-parsers/checkpoint-smartdefense#get-auth-file) section.

Restart the Bindplane agent to apply the changes
------------------------------------------------

- To restart the Bindplane agent in Linux, run the following command:

sudo systemctl restart bindplane-agent

- To restart the Bindplane agent in Windows, you can either use the **Services** console or enter the following command:

net stop BindPlaneAgent && net start BindPlaneAgent

Configure Syslog Server Objects in SmartConsole
-----------------------------------------------

1. Connect with **SmartConsole** to the **Management Server**.
2. Go to **Gateways \\& Servers**.
3. In the **Object Explorer** , click **New > Host**.
4. Provide the following configuration details:
- **Name**: Enter a unique name.
- **IPv4 address**: Enter the Bindplane agent IP address.
5. Click **OK**.
6. In the **Object Explorer** , click **New > Server > More > Syslog**.
7. Provide the following configuration details:
- **Name**: Enter a unique name.
- **Host**: Select the host created earlier.
- **Port** : Enter the Bindplane agent port number (default `514`).
- **Version** : Select **Syslog Protocol**.
8. Click **OK**.

Select configured Syslog in Security Gateway
--------------------------------------------

1. Double-click the **Security Gateway** object.
2. Click **Logs**.
3. In the **Send logs and alerts to these log servers** table, click the green **(+)** and select the **Syslog Server** object you configured earlier.
4. Click **OK** and install the policy.

Configure fwsyslog_enable
-------------------------

1. Connect using CLI to the **Security Gateway** and each **Cluster Member**.
2. Switch to **Expert mode**.
3. Edit the `$FWDIR/boot/modules/fwkern.conf` file:

vi $FWDIR/boot/modules/fwkern.conf

4. Add the following line:

fwsyslog_enable=1

5. **Save** the changes in the file and exit the editor.

6. Reboot the Security Gateway / each Cluster Member.

UDM mapping table
-----------------

**Need more help?** [Get answers from Community members and Google SecOps professionals.](https://security.googlecloudcommunity.com/google-security-operations-2)"]]
