Perform a batch action on several cases at once

You can perform a batch action on several cases at once from the Search page.

You can select the following actions:

• Export to CSV
• Close case
• Reopen case
• Change priority
• Assign case
• Add tag
• Merge cases
• Change stage

To perform a batch action, complete the following steps:

1. Go to the Search page.
2. Select the timeframe of the relevant cases.
3. Select the cases using the required filter.
4. Select the checkboxes for the relevant filters and then click Apply.
5. In the results list, select the cases you want to perform a batch action on.
6. Select an action from the menu.
