Tutti i pacchetti software disponibili in Distributed Cloud Marketplace vengono convalidati da Google e dal partner pertinente e possono essere installati e gestiti anche senza connessione a internet. Fatturazione e assistenza
Per il software di terze parti, Distributed Cloud Marketplace supporta un modello BYOL (Bring Your Own License) che ti consente di riutilizzare le licenze esistenti o di acquistarne di nuove e ricevere assistenza direttamente da un fornitore pertinente.
Come indicato nel modello di responsabilità condivisa, il fornitore è responsabile dell'assistenza relativa al proprio software. Se necessario, Google e l'operatore dell'infrastruttura possono collaborare direttamente con il fornitore per risolvere un problema derivante da un'interazione imprevista tra il software e la piattaforma Distributed Cloud.

Differenze con il Google Cloud Marketplace
Il Distributed Cloud Marketplace è separato da Google Cloud Marketplace a causa della sua natura air-gapped. Molti degli stessi fornitori sono presenti in entrambi, ma a volte con prodotti diversi: lo stesso fornitore può offrire una soluzione Software as a service (SaaS) multi-tenant su Google Cloud e un prodotto on-premise single-tenant su Distributed Cloud Marketplace.
