You can assign a permission group to users in the
Permissions page that
will prevent them from viewing or editing playbooks.
Edit permissions
Navigate to SOAR Settings > Organization >
Permissions.
Select the permission group that you want to edit.
To allow users to view playbooks but restrict them from editing, switch on the
Playbooks toggle and ensure the Allow editing playbook checkbox
remains unchecked. If you want to prevent users from both editing and
viewing playbooks, switch off the Playbooks toggle.
