Perform a batch action on several cases at once

You can perform a batch action on several cases at once from the Search page.

You can take the following actions:

• Export to CSV
• Close case
• Reopen case
• Change priority
• Assign case
• Add tag
• Merge cases
• Change stage

To perform a batch action:

1. Navigate to the Search page.
2. Select the timeframe of the relevant cases.
3. Select the cases using the required filter.
4. Tick the checkboxes of the applicable filters. Then, click Apply.
5. In the results list, select the cases that you want to perform a batch action on.
6. Select an action from the menu.
