After creating a new internal user, an email invitation to Google Security Operations SOAR will be automatically sent to them. You can set up the Email Settings with either the Siemplify SMTP (default) or the Customer Configuration.
Configure a Gmail Account
Navigate to Google Admin Panel > Security > Settings.
Select Allow users to manage their access to less secure apps.
Click Save.
Navigate to the Gmail Account > Security.
Turn on Less secure app access.
Once these settings are configured, the email will be automatically sent once the user is added to the platform.
The user will receive an invitation to join the Google SecOps SOAR platform.
