Starting on April 21, 2025, Google Cloud Marketplace calculates revenue share percentage for Cloud Marketplace transactions in accordance with the Vendor Net Revenue Schedule, where applicable. This applies to new transactions and automatic renewals of existing transactions. It doesn't apply to charges for remaining installments of existing transactions whose current terms started before April 21, 2025.
Vendor Net Revenue Schedule requirements
For the Vendor Net Revenue Schedule to apply to a transaction, the following requirements must be met:
- Your organization must have agreed to the current version of the Marketplace Vendor Agreement.
- The Cloud Marketplace products included in the transaction must adhere to all applicable Cloud Marketplace listing requirements and operational requirements.
- The transaction doesn't include any professional services products.
If any of these requirements aren't met, the revenue share is calculated as usual, without adhering to the Vendor Net Revenue Schedule.
Total contract value (TCV)
For the purposes of the Vendor Net Revenue Schedule, the total contract value (TCV) is calculated as described in the private offer at the time that the offer is published.
