Review and publish your offer

This article describes how to review and publish a private offer in Producer Portal.

Before you begin

Before you review and publish your offer, you must complete the following steps in Producer Portal:

1. Create a new offer.

2. Add customer and product details to the offer.

3. Set up pricing for your offer.

4. Specify the legal terms for your offer.

Review your offer

To review your offer:

1. In Producer Portal, navigate to the private offer you're creating.

2. Confirm the details of your offer.

3. To see how the offer displays to the customer, click More actions. In the menu that appears, click See customer's view.

Publish your offer

Note: You can't delete or modify an offer after you publish it. If you want to delete or modify a published offer, you must instead create a new offer to replace it.

To publish your offer:

1. Click Generate URL.

2. In the window that appears, click Generate URL.

Your offer is immediately active.

What's next

You can now copy the generated URL and send it to your customer.
