Change Payments Contacts and Notifications

To change the payments contacts or the notifications you want to receive, do the following. (Note that you must be a billing administrator to make the changes described below.)

  1. Go to the Google Cloud Platform Console.
  2. Open the console left side menu and select Billing.
  3. If you have more than one billing account, you'll be prompted to select Go to linked billing account to manage the current project's billing.
  4. On the left, click Payment Settings.
  5. To add a payment contact:
    1. Under Payments contacts click Add a new contact, then enter the name, phone, and email for the new contact.
    2. When you’re finished, click Save.
  6. To update payment notifications for a contact:
    1. Under Payments Contacts, find the name of the contact you want to update, and click Edit.
    2. Select the notification level: all billing emails, no billing emails, or administrative billing emails (for example, account suspension notices).
    3. Click Save.

Note: the primary contact will always receive all payment notifications.
