Sie können Inhalte basierend auf Ihren Einstellungen speichern und kategorisieren.
Sie schützen eine Anwendung, indem Sie ihr ein Ressourcenprofil und eine Vorlage zuweisen.
Damit wird ein Sicherungsplan zum Sichern der Anwendungsdaten definiert.
So wenden Sie eine Sicherungsvorlage an:
Klicken Sie auf den Tab App Manager und wählen Sie aus der Drop-down-Liste die Option Applications aus. Die Seite Anwendungen wird geöffnet.
Wählen Sie die Anwendung aus, die Sie schützen möchten, und wählen Sie dann rechts unten auf der Seite in der Drop-down-Liste Sicherungsplan verwalten aus. Die Seite Sicherungsplan verwalten wird geöffnet.
Wählen Sie in den Drop-down-Listen Vorlage und Profil aus:
Vorlage Eine vorhandene Sicherungsvorlage, die Richtlinien zum Definieren des Snapshots oder der Replikation der Anwendungsdaten enthält.
Profil: Ein vorhandenes Ressourcenprofil, das die Ressourcen definiert, die zum Speichern der Daten der Anwendung als Snapshot oder replizierte Bilder verwendet werden.
Auf der Seite Sicherungsplan verwalten wird eine Ansicht der Richtlinien angezeigt, die den ausgewählten Anwendungen in der Richtlinienübersicht des Sicherungsplans zugewiesen sind. Die Datensicherung basiert auf den Vorlagenrichtlinien und ‑profilen, die Sie in den Sicherungsplänen erstellt haben.
Klicken Sie auf Sicherungsplan anwenden. Die Seite Sicherungsplan anwenden wird geöffnet.
Konfigurieren Sie die Details und Einstellungen der Anwendung sowie die Einstellungen für Richtlinienüberschreibungen.
Anwendungseinstellungen: Anwendungsspezifische Einstellungen anwenden
Anwendungseinstellungen können unter bestimmten Umständen nützlich oder erforderlich sein.
Richtlinien-Overrides: Überschreiben Sie bestimmte Richtlinieneinstellungen, die zuvor in der ausgewählten Sicherungsvorlage konfiguriert wurden.
Klicken Sie auf Sicherungsplan anwenden, um die Sicherungsvorlage und das Ressourcenprofil anzuwenden.
Eine Erfolgsmeldung wird angezeigt.
Klicken Sie auf OK.
Wenn Sie eine Arbeitslast auf einer Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance sichern, die die empfohlene Speicherkapazität oder das Snapshot-Limit überschreitet, wird eine Benachrichtigung mit einer Empfehlung angezeigt, die Daten auf einer anderen Sicherungs-/Wiederherstellungs-Appliance zu sichern.
Die Anwendung wird möglicherweise erst gesichert, wenn der geplante Job gemäß den in der Sicherungsvorlage definierten Betriebszeiten ausgeführt wird.
Wenn Sie beispielsweise um 10:00 Uhr (UTC) eine Vorlage zuweisen, die Öffnungszeiten von 02:00 bis 05:00 Uhr (UTC) hat, beginnt der erste Job erst, wenn das Gerät am folgenden Tag um 02:00 Uhr (UTC) einen verfügbaren Job-Slot hat.

Sicherungsplan in einer Anwendung deaktivieren oder entfernen
Sie können einen Sicherungsplan deaktivieren, um Sicherungsjobs vorübergehend zu pausieren, und Sie können einen Sicherungsplan vollständig aus einer Anwendung entfernen, während er für andere Anwendungen verfügbar bleibt.
So deaktivieren oder entfernen Sie einen Sicherungsplan:
Klicken Sie auf den Tab App Manager und wählen Sie aus der Drop-down-Liste die Option Applications aus. Die Seite Anwendungen wird geöffnet.
Wählen Sie die Anwendung aus, deren Schutz Sie aufheben möchten, und wählen Sie dann in der Drop-down-Liste unten rechts auf der Seite Sicherungsplan verwalten aus. Die Seite Sicherungsplan verwalten wird geöffnet und zeigt die Vorlage und das Profil an, die auf die Anwendung angewendet werden.
Klicken Sie auf das Drop-down-Menü unter Anwenden. Die Optionen zum Deaktivieren und Entfernen des Sicherungsplans werden angezeigt.
Wenn Sie den Plan deaktivieren, bleibt er mit der Anwendung verknüpft, aber alle Sicherungsjobs werden angehalten, bis Sie den Schutz auf dieselbe Weise wieder aktivieren, wie Sie ihn deaktiviert haben (Deaktivieren wird jetzt als Aktivieren für die ausgewählte Anwendung angezeigt).
Wenn Sie das Abo entfernen, wird es aus der Anwendung entfernt, bleibt aber für andere Anwendungen verfügbar.

When you are ready to protect an application, see the specific procedure for that application type.\n\nTo apply a backup template:\n\n1. Click the **App Manager** tab and select the **Applications** option\n from the drop-down list. The **Applications** page opens.\n\n2. Select the application that you want to protect, and then\n choose **Manage Backup Plan** from the drop-down list at the bottom right\n corner of the page. The **Manage Backup Plan** page opens.\n\n3. Choose from the **Template** and **Profile** drop-down lists:\n\n - **Template.** An existing backup template that includes policies to define the snapshot or replication of the application data.\n - **Profile.** An existing resource profile that defines the resources used to store the data of the application as snapshot or replicated images.\n\n The **Manage Backup Plan** page shows a view of the policies assigned to the\n selected applications in the backup plan policy map. Data backup\n comes from the template policies and profiles that you designed in the\n backup plans.\n4. Click **Apply Backup Plan** . The **Apply Backup Plan** page opens.\n\n5. Configure the application's details and settings and policy overrides\n settings.\n\n - **Application Settings.** Apply application-specific settings. Application settings can be useful or required in certain circumstances.\n - **Policy Overrides.** Override specific policy settings previously configured in the selected backup template.\n\n | **Note:** You can override policy settings only if the policy template **Allow Overrides on Policy Settings** property has been set to **Yes**.\n6. Click **Apply backup plan** to apply the backup template and resource profile.\n A success message displays.\n\n7. Click **Okay**.\n\n If you back up a workload to a backup/recovery appliance that would exceed its\n recommended storage capacity or snapshot limit, you will see a notification\n with a recommendation to back up the data to a different backup/recovery appliance.\n | **Caution:** Exceeding the capacity of a backup/recovery appliance can lead to failed jobs and unprotected data and failed restore operations.\n\n The application might not get backed up until the scheduled job runs\n according to the hours of operations defined in the backup template.\n For example, if at 10:00 (UTC) you assign a template that has hours of\n operation from 02:00 to 05:00 (UTC), then the first job won't start\n until the appliance has an available job slot at 02:00 (UTC) of the following day.\n To run a job immediately, see [perform an on-demand capture](/backup-disaster-recovery/docs/monitor-reports/monitor-jobs#run).\n | **Note:** All policies start and end times are in UTC time zone.\n\n To change backup plan settings for the application,\n see [Modify backup plan management of a managed application](/backup-disaster-recovery/docs/access-data/states-of-an-application).\n To disable a backup plan, see [Removing backup plan management of an application](/backup-disaster-recovery/docs/access-data/states-of-an-application#remove).\n\n| **Note:** To reset one or more application settings back to its default state, click the **Reset to Default** checkbox to the right of the selection you want to reset, or click **Reset All to Default** to reset all application selections back to their default state.\n\nDisable or remove a backup plan from an application\n\nYou can disable a backup plan, temporarily suspending backup jobs, and you can\nremove a backup plan from an application entirely, while keeping it available\nfor other applications.\n\nTo disable or remove a backup plan:\n\n1. Click the **App Manager** tab and select the **Applications** option\n from the drop-down list. The **Applications** page opens.\n\n2. Select the application that you want to unprotect, and then\n choose **Manage Backup Plan** from the drop-down list at the bottom right\n corner of the page. The **Manage Backup Plan** page opens, showing the\n template and profile that are applied to the application.\n\n3. Click the drop-down at **Apply** .
