始める前に

プロジェクトを作成するための適切なパスを選択する
Google Cloudを初めて使用する場合は、 Google Cloud アカウントを作成し、無料トライアルと Google Cloud 無料枠プロダクトを活用して、 Google Cloudの使用を開始します。Migration Center を使用すると、費用の見積もりを実行し、評価を無料で作成できます。
Google Cloud パートナーと連携していて、評価を行うものの、 Google Cloud 組織がない場合は、次のオプションがあります。
パートナーの組織を使用します。パートナーに依頼して、パートナーの組織でプロジェクトを作成してもらえます。 Google Cloud Google Cloud
Enterprise Trial をリクエストします。Enterprise Trial を取得するよう、 Google Cloud パートナーに依頼することもできます。
Enterprise Trial では、登録なしで Google Cloud 組織とプロジェクトを利用できます。アカウントに関連付けられている支払いカードは必要ありません。また、他の Google Cloud プロダクトの使用を開始するためのクレジットも提供されます。
すでに Google Cloudの組織がある場合は、追加料金なしで Migration Center をすぐに使い始めることができます。新しいプロジェクトを作成して費用の見積もりを行い、Migration Center で評価を直接実行できます。接続された StratoZone アカウントを使用して、追加の評価を追加料金なしで実行することもできます。サポートが必要であり、組織のポリシーで許可されている場合は、Google Cloud カスタマー エンジニアをプロジェクトに追加して、評価を処理させることができます。
最後に、 Google Cloudに組織があるものの、組織のポリシーにより Google Cloud カスタマー エンジニアを追加できない場合は、Enterprise Trial をリクエストします。

Migration Center を有効にする

To use the Google Cloud console, you need a Google Account. To learn how to create a new Google Account, or to learn how to use an existing email address to create a new Google Account, see [Create a Google Account](https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/27441).\n\nChoose the right path to create a project\n-----------------------------------------\n\nIf you're new to Google Cloud, create a Google Cloud account and take\nadvantage of the\n[Free Trial and Google Cloud Free Tier products](/free)\nto get started with Google Cloud.\nYou can use Migration Center to run a cost estimate and to create\nan assessment at no cost.\n\nIf you're working with a Google Cloud partner and want to perform an\nassessment, but don't have a Google Cloud organization,\nyou have the following options:\n\n- **Use your partner's organization**. You can ask your Google Cloud partner to create a project for you in their Google Cloud organization.\n- **Request an Enterprise Trial**. You can ask your Google Cloud partner to obtain an Enterprise Trial for you. An Enterprise Trial provides you with a Google Cloud organization and project with no sign-up required, no payment card associated with the account, and with additional credits to start using other Google Cloud products.\n\n| **Note:** Google Cloud customer engineers have administrator access to the Enterprise Trial organization. To use an Enterprise Trial, you need to accept the terms and conditions.\n\nIf you already have an organization on Google Cloud, you can start using\nMigration Center immediately at no extra cost.\nYou can create a new project to perform a cost estimation and run an assessment\ndirectly in Migration Center. You can also take advantage of a\nconnected [StratoZone account](/migrate/stratozone/docs/about-stratozone)\nto perform additional assessments at no extra cost.\nIf you need help and your organization policies allow, you can add your\nGoogle Cloud customer engineer to the project and let them handle\nthe assessment.\n\nFinally, if you already have an organization on Google Cloud, but cannot\nadd your Google Cloud customer engineer due to your organization policies,\nrequest an Enterprise Trial.\n\nThe following diagram can help you decide the right path for you.\n\nActivate Migration Center\n-------------------------\n\nThe first time you access Google Cloud Migration Center from a Google Cloud project\nin the Google Cloud console, you need to activate Migration Center.\nHowever, if you want to generate a rapid, offline cost estimate, you can do\nthis directly from the **Estimate cost** page without activating\nMigration Center. For more information, see\n[Start a cost estimation](/migration-center/docs/estimate/start-estimation).\n\n#### Permissions required for this task\n\nReview the\n[permissions required to activate Migration Center](/migration-center/docs/roles-and-permissions#activate).\n\nTo activate Migration Center, follow these steps:\n\n1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the Migration Center page.\n\n [Go to Migration Center](https://console.cloud.google.com/migration?gtm_source=documentation>m_source_id=activate_migration_center_migration_center)\n2. If prompted, to enable the required APIs for Migration Center, click\n **Enable APIs**.\n\n3. From the **Region** list, select the region where you want\n Migration Center to store and process the information about\n your migrations.\n For the full list of available regions, see\n [Migration Center locations](/migration-center/docs/locations).\n\n | **Note:** The region you select cannot be changed later.\n4. If you already have an Expert Request number provided by Google,\n enter it in the **Expert Request number**\n field, without the `ER-` prefix, then click **Next** .\n If you don't have an Expert Request number, click **Skip**.\n\n5. To accept the default migration preferences, click **Next**. You can\n edit or add migration preferences later.\n\n6. To confirm your activation, click **Continue**.\n\nGrant access to Google customer engineers\n-----------------------------------------\n\nIf you want to let Google Cloud customer engineers access your\nMigration Center project to help you with your migration,\nyou must first give your consent by accepting the\n[terms and conditions](/terms/migration-center).\nDo the following:\n\n1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the Migration Center page.\n\n [Go to Migration Center](https://console.cloud.google.com/migration?gtm_source=documentation>m_source_id=ce_consent)\n2. Click settings **Configure\n Migration Center**.\n\n3. Click **Approve Google Cloud customer engineer access**. A dialog opens\n with the terms and conditions.\n\n4. Read the terms and conditions, then click **Accept**.\n\nAfter you accept the terms and conditions agreement, you must give the\nappropriate permissions to your Google Cloud customer engineer.\nFor more information, see the\n[list of permissions to give](/migration-center/docs/roles-and-permissions#manage).\n\nUpdate your Expert Request number\n---------------------------------\n\nTo update your Expert Request number after activating Migration Center,\nfollow these steps:\n\n1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the Migration Center page.\n\n [Go to Migration Center](https://console.cloud.google.com/migration?gtm_source=documentation>m_source_id=activate_migration_center_migration_center)\n2. Click settings **Configure\n Migration Center**.\n\n3. Select **I have an Expert Request number**.\n\n4. In the field that appears, enter your Expert Request number, without\n the `ER-` prefix.\n\n5. Click **Save**.\n\n(Optional) Enable a service perimeter\n-------------------------------------\n\nWith VPC Service Controls, you can configure service perimeters around the\nMigration Center resources and control the movement of data\nacross the perimeter boundary.\n\nTo learn how to enable a service perimeter, see\n[Secure your data with a service perimeter](/migration-center/docs/service-perimeter).\n\nAdd users to your project\n-------------------------\n\nTo let other users access your Google Cloud project, for example if you\nwant a Google customer engineer to help you with your assessment, grant them\nthe [permissions required to manage resources](/migration-center/docs/roles-and-permissions#manage_resources)\nin Migration Center.\n\nAdditional users must create their own Google Account before you can\nadd them to your project.
