O serviço de cópia de segurança e recuperação de desastres usa a proteção de dados das APIs de armazenamento do VMware vSphere para criar cópias de segurança de VMs VMware, colocando as cópias de segurança no conjunto de instantâneos do dispositivo de cópia de segurança/recuperação ou em conjuntos OnVault.
Para fazer chamadas API, o dispositivo de cópia de segurança/recuperação tem de estabelecer ligação ao anfitrião do servidor vCenter ou ESX com um nome de utilizador e uma palavra-passe que tenham autoridade para realizar as ações necessárias. Esta página explica como adicionar um anfitrião do servidor vCenter ou ESX na consola de gestão.
Certifique-se de que o servidor vCenter está acessível a partir do dispositivo, conforme descrito no artigo Certificado de serviço de terceiros.
O serviço de cópia de segurança e recuperação de desastres estabelece uma ligação segura com o vCenter. Se não for estabelecida uma ligação segura, as tarefas de cópia de segurança e restauro falham.
A ligação ao vCenter falha em qualquer um dos seguintes cenários:
Se existir uma falta de correspondência entre o nome do vCenter e o nome no certificado do vCenter.
Se o certificado do vCenter não for fidedigno para as âncoras de confiança do SO ou se o vCenter tiver certificados autoassinados.
Adicione um novo anfitrião do vCenter ou do servidor ESX
Siga estas instruções para adicionar um novo anfitrião do servidor vCenter ou ESX à consola de gestão:
Clique em Gerir>Anfitriões.
Selecione + Adicionar anfitrião.
No campo Nome, introduza o nome de domínio totalmente qualificado do anfitrião do vCenter.
Certifique-se de que o nome no campo Nome do anfitrião é o mesmo que no certificado do vCenter.
A ligação falha se existir uma incompatibilidade.
Opcional: no campo Nome amigável, introduza um nome amigável para o anfitrião.
O nome de um anfitrião tem de começar por uma letra e pode conter letras e dígitos (0-9). Não use carateres de sublinhado (_) em nomes de anfitrião.
Também pode adicionar um nome amigável para o anfitrião do vCenter no campo Nome amigável.
Introduza o endereço IP do anfitrião em Endereço IP. Clique em + para adicionar vários endereços IP.
Na secção Eletrodomésticos, selecione um ou mais eletrodomésticos que servem este anfitrião.
Se a lista for longa, pode usar o campo de pesquisa para encontrar um aparelho específico ou um grupo de aparelhos.
Em Tipo de anfitrião, selecione vCenter ou Servidor ESX.
Selecione o modo de transporte de dados, NFS ou SAN. O NFS é a predefinição recomendada. Introduza o nome de utilizador e a palavra-passe para se
ligar ao anfitrião e, em seguida, use o botão Testar para os validar.
Só precisa de introduzir uma porta se estiver a ser usada uma porta não padrão.
