Agentes pré-criados

Os agentes pré-criados são um conjunto de agentes fornecidos pelos agentes de conversação (Dialogflow CX) para casos de uso comuns. Eles podem ser usados como uma base para criar conversas. Nos agentes de conversação (Dialogflow CX), você encontra casos de uso comuns de todos os setores, como telecomunicações, serviços financeiros, saúde, varejo e viagens. Os agentes pré-criados generativos também estão disponíveis com acesso limitado, demonstrando casos de uso comuns implementados usando recursos generativos.

Os agentes pré-criados incluem intents e entidades para os casos de uso, mas você precisa modificar os grupos de rota e fulfillment (quando aplicável).

Limitações

Considere as seguintes limitações:

  • Atualmente, os agentes pré-criados só estão disponíveis em inglês (en).

Importar um agente pré-criado

Se você quiser importar um agente pré-criado para seu projeto, siga estas etapas:

  1. Acesse o console do Dialogflow CX.
  2. Clique no projeto em que você quer importar o agente pré-criado.
  3. Clique em Usar agentes predefinidos.
  4. Clique no agente de interesse e em Importar.
  5. Escolha o local e clique em Criar.
  6. Comece a testar e personalizar.

Personalizar o agente pré-criado importado

  1. Teste o agente usando o simulador para entender o que ele pode ajudar os usuários a realizar.
  2. Clique na guia Gerenciar no painel esquerdo e em Casos de teste para ver a cobertura e os scripts de exemplo. Para mais informações, consulte a documentação dos Casos de teste.
  3. Exclua todos os fluxos irrelevantes para seu caso de uso.
  4. Edite o diálogo do agente e as entidades personalizadas para atender às necessidades da sua empresa.
  5. Se houver código-fonte do webhook, consulte Como modificar o código do webhook.

Como modificar o código do webhook

Uma seleção dos agentes pré-criados utiliza webhooks. O código-fonte do webhook original usa o Node.js e está hospedado no projeto interno do Cloud Functions do Google.

Para usar e modificar esse código no seu próprio projeto do Cloud Functions, siga as instruções a seguir:

  1. Acesse o console do Dialogflow CX.
  2. Clique no projeto em que você quer importar o agente pré-criado.
  3. Clique em Usar agentes predefinidos.
  4. Clique no agente de interesse e depois em Link de documentação, que o levará para a seção de agente pré-criada deste documento.

  5. Consulte a subseção Webhook para o agente pré-criado e copie o código-fonte.

  6. Acesse o console do Google Cloud e selecione Cloud Functions no painel à esquerda.

  7. Clique no projeto para o qual você quer importar o código-fonte.

  8. Clique em Criar função. Para mais instruções, consulte a documentação Criar uma função do Cloud Function.

  9. Na seção Código-fonte, selecione Editor in-line e cole o código-fonte copiado.

  10. Clique em Origem e Editar para alterar a lógica com base nas suas regras de negócios. Quando terminar, clique em Implantar.

  11. Clique em Acionador e copie o URL do acionador.

  12. Substitua o URL do acionador no seu agente em Gerenciar > Webhooks e selecionando o webhook para colar o novo URL. Cole o URL do acionador no campo "URL do webhook". Clique em Salvar.

  13. Usando a documentação do Webhooks, teste o fulfillment.

Agente de serviços financeiros

Esse modelo ajuda os usuários finais com cartões, verifica o status de uma inscrição e investiga cobranças suspeitas.

Webhook

Webhook

Este webhook do Cloud Functions executa as seguintes ações:
