Déplacer la gestion des VM entre deux dispositifs de sauvegarde/récupération

La console de gestion vous permet de transférer la gestion d'une VM d'un dispositif de sauvegarde/restauration vers un dispositif cible. Ce processus transfère la gestion de cette VM vers l'appliance de sauvegarde/récupération cible spécifiée dans la fenêtre Déplacer le plan de sauvegarde.
Le déplacement de la gestion des VM entre deux appliances est limité aux VM situées sur le même hôte vCenter ou ESX. Seuls les appliances qui gèrent les VM sur le même hôte vCenter ou ESX peuvent être des appliances cibles pour le déplacement du plan de sauvegarde.
Ces appareils s'affichent dans la liste des appareils cibles possibles.
Déplacer la gestion des VM vers un autre appliance
Suivez ces instructions pour déplacer une VM d'un appliance à un autre :
Dans la console de gestion du service Backup and DR, cliquez sur Gestionnaire d'applications, puis sélectionnez Applications dans la liste déroulante.
La page Applications s'ouvre.
Sélectionnez la VM que vous souhaitez déplacer, puis choisissez Déplacer le forfait de sauvegarde dans la liste déroulante en bas à droite de la fenêtre.
La fenêtre Déplacer le forfait de sauvegarde s'ouvre. La VM que vous sélectionnez peut être gérée ou non. Vous pouvez déplacer une VM sans lui appliquer de plan de sauvegarde au préalable.
Choisissez l'appliance cible, le profil de ressource et le modèle de règle.
Cliquez sur Déplacer le forfait de sauvegarde.
Le message de sauvegarde en cours s'affiche pendant le transfert.
Une fois la migration terminée, le message de fin de migration s'affiche.
Renommer un vCenter
Si vous modifiez le nom d'un vCenter, n'oubliez pas de le renommer dans la console de gestion.
Suivez ces instructions pour renommer un vCenter dans la console de gestion :
Cliquez sur Gérer, puis sélectionnez Hôtes.
Recherchez votre hôte vCenter, puis sélectionnez l'option Modifier.
Modifiez le champ Nom, puis sélectionnez Enregistrer.
Effet de la modification de l'UUID d'une VM.
Si l'UUID d'une VM gérée change, une nouvelle copie complète est créée lors de la prochaine tâche de sauvegarde. En effet, l'UUID est un identifiant clé. S'il est modifié, cela peut signifier qu'il s'agit d'une toute nouvelle VM.

If possible, resolve the issue and attempt to move the backup plan again.\n\nRename a vCenter\n----------------\n\nIf you change the name of a vCenter, then remember to rename the vCenter within\nthe management console.\n\nUse these instructions to rename a vCenter in management console:\n\n1. Update the **Name** field, and select **Save**.\n\n### Effect of changing the UUID of a VM.\n\nIf the UUID of a managed VM changes, then a new full copy occurs on the\nnext backup job.
