Ajouter des hôtes de serveurs vCenter et ESX à la console de gestion

Le service Backup and DR utilise la protection des données des API de stockage VMware vSphere pour créer des sauvegardes de VM VMware, en les plaçant dans le pool d'instantanés de l'appareil de sauvegarde/restauration ou dans des pools OnVault.
Pour effectuer des appels d'API, l'appliance de sauvegarde/restauration doit se connecter à l'hôte du serveur vCenter ou ESX avec un nom d'utilisateur et un mot de passe autorisés à effectuer les actions requises. Cette page explique comment ajouter un hôte de serveur vCenter ou ESX dans la console de gestion.
Assurez-vous que le serveur vCenter est accessible depuis l'appliance, comme décrit dans la section Certificat de service tiers.
Le service Backup and DR établit une connexion sécurisée avec vCenter. Si aucune connexion sécurisée n'est établie, les tâches de sauvegarde et de restauration échouent.
La connexion à vCenter échoue dans l'un des scénarios suivants:
Si le nom du vCenter ne correspond pas à celui du certificat vCenter.
Si le certificat vCenter n'est pas approuvé par les ancres de confiance de l'OS ou si vCenter dispose de certificats autosignés.
Ajouter un hôte vCenter ou ESX Server
Suivez ces instructions pour ajouter un hôte de serveur vCenter ou ESX à la console de gestion:
Cliquez sur Gérer>Hôtes.
Sélectionnez + Ajouter un hôte.
Dans le champ Name (Nom), saisissez le nom de domaine complet de l'hôte vCenter.
Assurez-vous que le nom indiqué dans le champ Name (Nom) de l'hôte est identique à celui du certificat vCenter.
La connexion échoue en cas de non-concordance.
Facultatif: Dans le champ Nom descriptif, saisissez un nom clair pour identifier l'hôte.
Le nom d'un hôte doit commencer par une lettre et peut contenir des lettres et des chiffres (0 à 9). N'utilisez pas de traits de soulignement (_) dans les noms d'hôte.
Vous pouvez également ajouter un nom descriptif pour l'hôte vCenter dans le champ Nom descriptif.
Saisissez l'adresse IP de l'hôte dans Adresse IP. Cliquez sur + pour ajouter plusieurs adresses IP.
Dans la section Appareils, sélectionnez un ou plusieurs appareils qui servent cet hôte.
Si la liste est longue, vous pouvez utiliser le champ de recherche pour trouver un appareil ou un groupe d'appareils spécifiques.
Dans Host Type (Type d'hôte), sélectionnez vCenter ou ESX Server.
Sélectionnez le mode de transport des données : NFS ou SAN. NFS est le paramètre recommandé et par défaut. Saisissez le nom d'utilisateur et le mot de passe pour vous connecter à l'hôte, puis utilisez le bouton Test pour les valider.
Vous ne devez saisir un port que si vous utilisez un port non standard.

Le port de gestion vCenter par défaut est le port 443. Si vous utilisez un autre port, saisissez-le ici. Saisissez le nom d'utilisateur vCenter et le mot de passe vCenter, puis sélectionnez Test.

Serveur ESX
Le port de gestion ESX Server par défaut est le port 902.
