Prebuilt playbooks are a collection of ready to use playbooks for common tasks and scenarios. They can be used to accelerate development for new agents.
For agents that require integrations with external services, you need to modify the configuration of the tools to integrate with the proper endpoints.
The following prebuilt playbooks are available:
Import a prebuilt playbook
To import a prebuilt playbook to your project:
Agent Builder console
- If you have not already, follow the Conversational Agents (Dialogflow CX) setup instructions.
Go to the console page:
Select your project from the console drop-down.
If you have not already activated the API, read and agree to the Terms of Service, then click Continue and activate the API.
Click Create a New App or New App.
Select Agent.
Provide a name for your generative playbook.
Click the Prebuilts icon in the left navigation menu.
Click the playbook of interest and click Import as agent.
Edit the display name, select a location for the playbook, and click Create.
Refer to each playbook-specific documentation to determine whether additional setup for integrations is needed.
Start testing and customizing.
Conversational Agents (Dialogflow CX)
- Go to the Dialogflow CX console.
- Choose your Google Cloud project.
- Select your agent or create a new agent.
- Click the Shared resources from the left menu.
- Click Prebuilt in the Templates section.
- Click the Agents tab.
- Click the agent of interest and click Import as agent
- Edit the display name, select a location for the agent, and click Create.
- Refer to each agent-specific documentation to determine whether additional setup for integrations is needed.
- Start testing and customizing.
Customizations and settings
To customize the playbook and improve settings:
- Edit the playbooks in the imported playbook to meet your business needs.
- Test the agent using the simulator.
- To test your agent over chat, it is recommended to use Dialogflow Messenger.
