Cette page explique comment gérer ou mettre à niveau l'agent de sauvegarde et de reprise après sinistre sur un hôte.
L'outil de gestion de l'agent Backup and DR vous permet de désinstaller ou de mettre à niveau l'agent Backup and DR sur vos hôtes lorsque de nouvelles versions sont disponibles.
Mettre à niveau l'agent Backup and DR
Vous pouvez utiliser l'outil de gestion des agents pour mettre à niveau l'agent de sauvegarde et de reprise après sinistre sur vos hôtes lorsque de nouvelles versions sont disponibles.
Suivez les instructions ci-dessous pour mettre à niveau l'agent Backup and DR à partir de la gestion des agents:
Dans la console de gestion, cliquez sur le menu déroulant Gérer, puis sélectionnez Appareils.
Sélectionnez un appareil.
Cliquez sur Configurer l'appareil pour ouvrir la page Configuration de l'appareil.
Accédez à Configuration, puis à Gestion des agents.
Dans la section Derniers agents disponibles, vous pouvez afficher la version disponible dans la section Hôtes détectés, y compris la version de l'agent installée sur cet hôte.
Dans la section Hôtes détectés, sélectionnez un hôte pour lequel vous souhaitez mettre à niveau l'agent, puis cliquez sur le signe plus (+). Vous pouvez ajouter plusieurs hôtes à la fois.
Cliquez sur Mettre à jour.
Dans la fenêtre Mise à niveau de l'agent, sélectionnez Démarrer la mise à niveau ou Forcer la mise à niveau, puis cliquez sur Envoyer. Un message s'affiche, indiquant l'état de la mise à niveau. Vous pouvez vérifier l'état de l'agent de sauvegarde et de DR dans la colonne État actuel.
Gérer l'agent Backup and DR
Vous pouvez utiliser l'outil de gestion des agents pour gérer l'agent de sauvegarde et de reprise après sinistre sur vos hôtes.
Suivez les instructions ci-dessous pour gérer l'agent Backup and DR depuis la gestion des agents:
Dans la console de gestion, cliquez sur le menu déroulant Gérer, puis sélectionnez Appareils.
Sélectionnez un appareil.
Cliquez sur Configurer l'appareil pour ouvrir la page Configuration de l'appareil.
Accédez à Configuration, puis cliquez sur Gestion des agents.
Les derniers agents de sauvegarde et de reprise après sinistre disponibles, avec la version et les hôtes détectés, s'affichent.
Dans la section "Hôtes détectés", sélectionnez un hôte, puis cliquez sur l'icône plus (+).
Choisissez l'une des options par hôte:
Abort (Annuler) : annuler la mise à niveau de l'agent en cours
Rescan (Rescanner) : rescannez l'hôte pour détecter la version actuelle de l'agent.
Supprimer: supprimez l'agent de la liste. L'agent n'est pas désinstallé.
