Google Distributed Cloud documentation
Google Distributed Cloud, a component of Google Distributed Cloud (GDC), is software that brings Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to your on-premises data centers. With Google Distributed Cloud, you can create, manage, and upgrade Kubernetes clusters on your own hardware in your own data center.
Google Distributed Cloud includes VM Runtime on Google Distributed Cloud, which lets you run VMs on top of Kubernetes in the same way that you run containers. With VM Runtime on Google Distributed Cloud, you can run existing VM-based workloads as you also develop and run new container-based applications.
