Dialogflow integrates with Soul Machines to create 3D avatars that your end-users can have conversations with.

Note: When using a third party integration, requests and end-user data are sent to both Google and the third party. The terms of service, SLA, pricing, and quotas for your agent edition are applicable for Google's handling of these requests. The third party's terms of service, SLA, pricing, and quotas are applicable for the third party's handling of these requests.

Setup

To set up the integration:

1. Follow these steps to get a Dialogflow CX service account key in Google Cloud console:

   • Create a Google Cloud Service Account (with Dialogflow CX API Admin role) for the project that contains your Dialogflow CX Agents.
   • Download the service account key in JSON format.

2. Follow these steps to link a digital avatar to Dialogflow CX in the Soul Machines dashboard:

   • Customize an existing project by clicking the Customize button or create a new project.
   • Click Knowledge in the left menu.
   • In Conversation, click Replace Conversation.
   • Select Dialgoflow CX.
   • Upload the Google Cloud Service Account Key that you downloaded in the previous step.

3. Your Soul Machine avatar will be integrated with the Dialogflow CX Agent.
