Gunakan petunjuk berikut untuk menambahkan host Linux baru ke konsol pengelolaan:
Di konsol pengelolaan, buka Kelola>Host.
Pilih + Tambahkan Penyelenggara.
Di formulir Tambahkan Host, masukkan nama dan nama sebutan opsional. Nama host harus diawali dengan huruf, dan dapat berisi huruf dan angka (0-9). Karakter garis bawah ('_') tidak valid dalam nama host.
Masukkan alamat IP host di Alamat IP. Klik
tanda plus (+) untuk menambahkannya.

If you\nhaven't already, [install the Backup and DR Agent using the agent install](/backup-disaster-recovery/docs/configuration/linux-agent).\n\nAdd NFS host\n------------\n\n| **Note:** If you've already added the Linux server to Backup and DR Service as a Compute Engine instance or as a VMware VM, then a host for this VM already exists and you don't need to add it again using the following procedure. Instead, find and edit that host and proceed from [step seven](#step7).\n\nUse the following instructions to add a new Linux host to the management console:\n\n1. In the management console, go to **Manage** \\\u003e **Hosts**.\n\n2. Select **+ Add Host**.\n\n3. In the **Add Host** form, enter the name and an optional friendly name. The\n name of a host must start with a letter, and can contain letters and\n digits (0-9). Underscore ('_') characters are not valid in host names.\n\n4. Enter the IP address of the host in **IP Address** . Click the\n **plus sign (+)** to add it.\n\n5. In the **Appliances** section, select the management console managed\n appliances that serve this host. If the list is long, you can use the search\n field to find a specific appliance or group of appliances.\n\n6. Leave **Host Type** as **Generic**.\n\n7. In the Backup and DR agent settings, complete the following:\n\n - Backup and DR agent port is normally port 5106. If it is anything\n else, enter the port number.\n\n - You need to supply a secret key generated on the Linux host servers\n by the Backup and DR agent to initialize trusted communications\n between the host and Backup and DR agent. This only needs to be\n done once. If you don't have the secret key, generate one by\n [Install the Backup and DR agent on a Linux host](/backup-disaster-recovery/docs/configuration/linux-agent).\n\n8. Click **Add** . If you get a partial success message, use the instructions to\n [Validate backup/recovery appliance to Backup and DR agent connectivity](/backup-disaster-recovery/docs/concepts/appliance-network-settings#validate).\n\nDiscover NFS shares\n-------------------\n\nUse the following instructions to add NFS shares:\n\n1. Discover the NFS application discovery in either ways:\n\n - In the management console, click the **Back up \\& Recover** drop-down menu and select **Back up** , and then select **All Apps**.\n\n - Go to **App Manager** \\\u003e **Applications** , select\n **Add Applications** and then select **All Apps**.\n\n2. Select the host that you added in **Add NFS host** section and click\n **Discover** .
