DESCRIPTION: (ALPHA) Get CMEK configuration for Cloud Tasks in the specified location.
EXAMPLES: To get a CMEK config:
gcloud alpha tasks cmek-config describe --location=my-location
REQUIRED FLAGS: --location=LOCATION

Google Cloud location for the KMS key.
GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS: These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account, --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format, --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet, --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.
