SYNOPSIS
gcloud alpha container binauthz policy create (POLICY_RESOURCE_NAME : --platform=PLATFORM) --policy-file=POLICY_FILE [GCLOUD_WIDE_FLAG]
EXAMPLES
To create a policy for GKE in the current project:
gcloud alpha container binauthz policy create my-policy --platform=gke --policy-file=my_policy.yaml

To create a policy for GKE in a specific project:

gcloud alpha container binauthz policy create my-policy --platform=gke --project=my-project-id --policy-file=my_policy.yaml

or

gcloud alpha container binauthz policy create /projects/my-project-id/platforms/gke/policies/my-policy --policy-file=my_policy.yaml
POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS
Policy resource - The resource name of the policy to create. The arguments in this group can be used to specify the attributes of this resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not given arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.

To set the project attribute:

  • provide the argument policy_resource_name on the command line with a fully specified name;
  • provide the argument --project on the command line;
  • set the property core/project.

This must be specified.

POLICY_RESOURCE_NAME
ID of the policy or fully qualified identifier for the policy.

To set the policy attribute:

  • provide the argument policy_resource_name on the command line.

This positional argument must be specified if any of the other arguments in this group are specified.

--platform=PLATFORM
The platform that the policy belongs to. PLATFORM must be one of the following: cloudRun, gke.

To set the platform attribute:

  • provide the argument policy_resource_name on the command line with a fully specified name;
  • provide the argument --platform on the command line.
REQUIRED FLAGS
--policy-file=POLICY_FILE
The JSON or YAML file containing the new policy.
GCLOUD WIDE FLAGS
These flags are available to all commands: --access-token-file, --account, --billing-project, --configuration, --flags-file, --flatten, --format, --help, --impersonate-service-account, --log-http, --project, --quiet, --trace-token, --user-output-enabled, --verbosity.
