resource that uses the specified plugin. - EXAMPLES

plugin, run:gcloud alpha service-extensions wasm-actions create my-action --wasm-plugin=my-plugin
You may also specify the full resource path to a plugin, for example,
projects/my-project/locations/global/wasmPlugins/my-plugin
