These templates are categorized as *shared templates* and can be viewed in the **Shared templates** tab in the [Templates](https://console.cloud.google.com/integrations/templates) page. The following page describes how to share templates in Application Integration.\n\nRequired role\n-------------\n\n\nTo get the permissions that\nyou need to share templates,\n\nask your administrator to grant you the\n\n\n[Application Integration Editor](/iam/docs/roles-permissions/integrations#integrations.integrationEditor) (`roles/integrations.integrationEditor`)\nIAM role on the project.\n\n\nFor more information about granting roles, see [Manage access to projects, folders, and organizations](/iam/docs/granting-changing-revoking-access).\n\n\nThis predefined role contains\n\nthe permissions required to share templates. To see the exact permissions that are\nrequired, expand the **Required permissions** section:\n\n\n#### Required permissions\n\nThe following permissions are required to share templates:\n\n- ` integrations.templates.share `\n- ` integrations.templates.unshare`\n\n\nYou might also be able to get\nthese permissions\nwith [custom roles](/iam/docs/creating-custom-roles) or\nother [predefined roles](/iam/docs/roles-overview#predefined).\n\nShare templates\n---------------\n\nTo share an existing template, do the following:\n\n1. In the Google Cloud console, go to the **Application Integration** page.\n\n [Go to Application Integration](https://console.cloud.google.com/integrations)\n2. In the navigation menu, click **Templates** .\n\n The **Templates** page appears listing all the templates (global, shared, and project) available in your Google Cloud project.\n3. To share a shared template, click the **Shared templates** tab. To share a project template, click the **Project templates** tab.\n4. Click the template that you want to share from the respective tab selected.\n5. In the template details page, click group **Share** .\n\n The **Share template** pane appears displaying any existing projects or organizations that the template is shared with.\n\n\n6. Under **Add projects or organizations** , perform one of the following actions:\n - Click **Browse** and select the projects or organizations that you want to share the template with.\n - Alternatively, you can enter the organization ID (organizations/{\u003cvar translate=\"no\"\u003eorg-id\u003c/var\u003e}) or the project ID (projects/{\u003cvar translate=\"no\"\u003eproject-id\u003c/var\u003e}) in the text box.\nUser can also alternatively add the organization or project. The format for adding organization is organizations/{org-id} \\& for project projects/{project-id}\n7. Under **Add projects or organizations** , click **Browse**.\n8. Select the projects or organizations that you want to share the template with, and click **Select**.\n9.
