- DESCRIPTION
- Redeploy the last rollout that has a state of SUCCESSFUL or FAILED to a target. If rollout-id is not specified, a rollout ID will be generated.

- POSITIONAL ARGUMENTS

Target resource - The name of the Target. The arguments in this group can be
used to specify the attributes of this resource. (NOTE) Some attributes are not
given arguments in this group but can be set in other ways.
To set the
