Las claves de API están asociadas al proyecto Google Cloud en el que se crearon. Si tu API requiere una clave de API, debes dar a los usuarios de la API una clave del proyecto en el que creaste el servicio de Cloud Endpoints, o puedes permitir que los usuarios habiliten tu API en su propio proyecto de Google Cloudy creen una clave de API. En esta página, se muestra cómo otorgar el permiso que los usuarios necesitan para habilitar la API.
Otorga acceso
Endpoints usa el rol de consumidor de servicios de la administración de identidades y accesos (IAM) para permitir que alguien que no sea miembro de tu proyecto deGoogle Cloud habilite tu API en su propio proyecto de Google Cloud. En esta sección, se muestra cómo otorgar acceso mediante la consola deGoogle Cloud o Google Cloud CLI.
Google Cloud console
En la Google Cloud consola, ve a la página Endpoints > Services de tu proyecto.
Si tienes más de una API, haz clic en el nombre de la API a la que quieras otorgar acceso.
Si el panel lateral Permisos no está abierto, haz clic en Mostrar panel de permisos.
En el campo Agregar principal, ingresa la dirección de correo electrónico de la persona o el Grupo de Google a los que deseas otorgar acceso.
En el menú desplegable Seleccionar una función, selecciona Service Management > Consumidor de servicio.
Haz clic en Guardar.
Continúa agregando miembros y seleccionando funciones según sea necesario.
Contacta a los usuarios o grupos que agregaste para informarles que pueden habilitar la API en sus Google Cloud proyectos. Consulta Habilitar una API en tu Google Cloud

Revoca acceso
Para revocar el acceso a tu API, quita la función Consumidor de servicio de un usuario o grupo que tenía la función anteriormente. Después de que revocas el acceso de un usuario o grupo, ya no podrán habilitar la API.
En esta sección, se muestra cómo revocar el acceso con la consola de Google Cloud o Google Cloud CLI.

In the **Select a role** drop-down menu, select **Service Management** \\\u003e **Service Consumer**.\n6. Click **Save**.\n7. Repeat adding members and selecting the role, as needed.\n8. Contact the users or groups that you added and let them know they can enable the API in their Google Cloud projects. Open Cloud Shell, or if you have the Google Cloud CLI installed, open a terminal window.\n - If you are granting access to an individual user:\n\n - If you are granting access to a Google Group:\n\n2. Contact the users or groups that you added and let them know they can enable the API in their Google Cloud projects. See [Enable an API in your Google Cloud\n project](/endpoints/docs/frameworks/enable-api) for information on how to enable a service in APIs \\& services.\n\nRevoking access\n---------------\n\nYou revoke access to your API by removing the **Service Consumer** role from a\nuser or group that previously had the role. After you revoke someone's access,\nthey won't be able to enable your API.\n| **Note:** If someone has already enabled your API, revoking access doesn't prevent them from calling your API.
