Standard

This enables customers with digital onboarding tools that deliver provisioning, subscription walkthroughs, and supporting documentation. Applicable products include: Chronicle Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Attack Surface Management, and Security Command Center. Professional services onboarding is required for Chronicle solutions, solutions including Chronicle, or custom deployments.

Expert

This includes additional elements, a designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC). This delivers rapid adoption and maximum value. CSM’s and TSC’s combine product expertise with your requirements to build customized success plans. They help drive execution through program management, ongoing technical guidance, and engagement, as your advocate within Google.

Expert+

This includes all Expert services plus expert advisory assistance for Chronicle Security Operations planning and adoption through a designated Security Advisor (SA). SAs help develop strategic security product planning, including configuration and integration assistance, environment architecture, use case reviews, and technical security assistance specific to Chronicle.
