To start onboarding the professional services product that you plan to sell through Cloud Marketplace, you must add your product in Producer Portal.
Create your product in the portal
To add your product information, which includes your marketing information, pricing plan and integrated data, use Producer Portal. To access Producer Portal, you must have completed the Cloud Marketplace Project Info Form, provided by the Google Cloud Marketplace team. The direct link to Producer Portal is:

To create your product, complete the following steps:
Click Add product.
Under Product type, select Professional services.
Specify your product's Product ID. This is a unique identifier for your product.
Specify your product's initial Config ID. This is used only for referencing your changes, and customers can't see it.
Certify that your product complies with the Cloud Marketplace listing requirements, and the additional requirements for professional services products.
Click Create. It might take a few seconds to create your product.
