Optimize IAM policies

Policy Intelligence is a suite of tools designed to help you manage security policies. These tools can help you understand resource usage, understand and improve existing security policies, and prevent policy misconfigurations.

Some Policy Intelligence tools are specifically designed to help manage and optimize Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies. With these tools, you can do tasks like the following:

• Analyze existing IAM policies to understand who has access to what Google Cloud resources
• Troubleshoot access issues
• Identify and remove excess permissions from principals
• Test changes to IAM allow policies
