RecruitAI eliminates recruiter exhaustion and boosts candidate engagement with an AI neural talent engine.

RecruitAI was born from the real-world experience of its sister company, Pakistan’s largest jobs platform, Rozee.pk. The team saw firsthand that the traditional online job board business was broken. For recruiters, the process had become defined by friction and frustration, with overwhelming volume and minimal relevance. An HR manager might receive 800 applications for a single role, only to find that just a few were a good fit. After sifting through the first few dozen irrelevant CVs, they were often left exhausted and no closer to finding the right candidate.
Leveraging its deep industry expertise, the team created RecruitAI to bring a human-centric experience to the recruitment industry. Their vision was to build a Neural Talent Matching Engine, seeing Vertex AI as the key to moving beyond simple keyword matching and developing a true semantic understanding of every candidate and role.
Standing in the way of this vision were the limitations of their technical infrastructure. The company’s legacy setup was a fragmented mix of on-prem systems, physical servers, and other cloud services that created a significant bottleneck. This lack of a unified, scalable platform became critical during a traffic spike that the infrastructure couldn't handle, holding back their ability to grow.
We found that for the recruitment industry, generative AI and LLMs have a disproportionate advantage. The capabilities that LLMs bring to recruitment are a game changer for a business model that is essentially dying.

To overcome its technical limitations, RecruitAI migrated from its fragmented setup to a unified infrastructure on Google Cloud. With the help of Google Cloud partner Tridorian, the team built a scalable foundation capable of handling sudden traffic spikes and powering its complex AI models. On this new platform, the company launched its Neural Talent Matching Engine and immediately proved its value with a government client, the Ministry of IT in Pakistan. The ministry’s traditional hiring process required a full month just to create a shortlist, but RecruitAI delivered a ranked list of the top candidates instantly, reducing the timeline by 93%.
The frictions in this process have been done away with. With AI doing the heavy lifting, the whole process is the heavy lifting that the AI does to assist the recruiter to get to the right candidate in the shortest possible time.

Co-founder, RecruitAI

This transformative speed was replicated for a large corporate client, which was able to complete its entire graduate batch hiring process in just 48 hours. These results are powered by the engine’s ability to transform millions of static CVs into a vectorized neural network, developing a true semantic understanding of every candidate and role. This requires immense computational power. On Google Cloud, the team can tweak their virtual machine hardware, optimising for CPU-intensive training exercises while using the platform’s infrastructure for complex storage and caching, so that millions of data points can be analysed in real-time.
With RecruitAI a hiring manager’s day no longer begins with an endless list of applicants. Instead, they see a ranked shortlist with the most qualified candidates marked in green, complete with a summary of exactly why they are the best fit for the role. This is made possible by the platform's AI agent, Rosina, which automates outreach and achieves a 22% application rate—a 44x improvement over traditional email blasts.
The transformation of the recruiter’s workflow is only half the story. On the other side of the equation, RecruitAI has completely reimagined the candidate experience by replacing static forms with Rosina, a friendly and intelligent AI agent. Candidates can now create an immaculate CV simply by having a conversation with Rosina on WhatsApp. The agent can also take an existing CV and instantly rewrite it to highlight the most relevant skills for a specific job.
This improved, human-centric experience translates directly into business growth. Armed with its new platform, RecruitAI is already winning back 22% of former customers and driving 60% upsells from existing clients who are upgrading to the new services. This success is built on validated unit economics, supported by a 20% reduction in cloud infrastructure costs achieved through optimisation on Google Cloud.
This data-driven mindset has sparked a cultural shift across the company. The finance team is a heavy user of Looker Studio for data visualisation, while the sales team uses the platform’s own video interview module to practice their pitches, where they have to get a green tick from the AI before being considered field-ready. Powered by a scalable foundation and proven results, RecruitAI is currently expanding its operations into the US market to continue its mission of removing friction from the hiring process globally
The relationship has been incredibly warm. It's almost like an extension of our organization, like a family. The Google Cloud team has been there whenever we needed them, and it felt more like a friendship than a transactional business relationship.
