Geopointe helps companies map their Salesforce database to visualize location information, gain spatial insights and boost productivity—all from within the Salesforce application. For example, a salesperson on the road can connect to the application on her mobile device and view, on a Google Map, all of her highly rated accounts that are within a 30-mile radius of where she's standing. She can then get directions between these locations to plan her meetings and make most efficient use of her time. In order to help its customers visualize their clients' locations and the most efficient route between them, Geopointe uses the Maps Geocoding API to translate addresses in Salesforce into precise, mappable coordinates. By providing informed time estimates and directions, the Directions API and Distance Matrix API help Geopointe customers reach their clients in as little time as possible.
