Complimentary Data Studio Pro licenses offer details

• You are eligible to receive complimentary Data Studio Pro (formerly known as Looker Studio Pro) licenses as follows:
• For Looker accounts with one or more Looker (original) instance, you are eligible to receive one complimentary Data Studio Pro license for each Looker license that is associated with your Looker account.
• Each Looker (Google Cloud core) instance is eligible to receive 50 complimentary Data Studio Pro licenses.
• Use of Data Studio Pro (even when connected to Looker) is subject to the agreement under which you use Google Cloud, not your Looker agreement.
• For each license in your Looker instance that expires or terminates, you will lose eligibility for one complimentary Data Studio Pro license, unless otherwise indicated by Google in writing. ​​
• If at any time you are using more Data Studio Pro licenses than the number of complimentary licenses for which you are eligible, you will be charged the then-current subscription list price for such use, unless agreed otherwise by the parties in writing.
• You may not transfer your complimentary Data Studio Pro licenses outside of your organization.
• Customer-hosted and Powered by Looker (PBL) user Looker licenses are not eligible for complimentary Data Studio Pro licenses.
• We may change this offer or cancel some or all of your complimentary Data Studio Pro licenses at any time upon 30 days notice.
